Our team successfully delivered a large-scale commercial solar PV installation at Purfleet, providing a high-output renewable energy solution designed to support long-term sustainability and operational efficiency at Valor Park.
The project consisted of a 200.00kWp trapezoidal roof-mounted solar PV system, incorporating 400 solar panels across the building’s roof space. Designed to maximise generation capacity while working seamlessly with the structure of the building, the installation now provides significant annual renewable energy production and carbon savings.
The installation was carried out using the Kingspan trapezoidal framing system, providing a secure and efficient mounting solution tailored to the roof structure. Careful planning and coordination allowed works to be completed safely and efficiently while maintaining programme timelines and installation quality throughout.
The use of high-efficiency 500W DMEGC modules combined with Solis inverter technology ensures strong system performance, reliability, and long-term energy generation for the site.
The completed system now delivers substantial renewable energy generation directly to the facility, helping to reduce reliance on grid electricity while significantly lowering annual carbon emissions. This project highlights our capability to deliver high-capacity commercial solar installations with a strong focus on quality, performance, and long-term sustainability.
