Under dramatic skies, our team has completed the rooftop solar PV installation for Units 1 & 4 of the Horton Wood project for Pioneer Design and Build in Telford.

Units 2 and 3 are awaiting finalisation of roofing works and as you will see in the photos, we are delivering the systems as quickly as the roofers install, to ensure the project remains on target.

When complete, the four units will provide a total of 122,425 kWh per year of renewable energy for the new building tenants. The systems have been sized to meet the project carbon efficiency targets, but there is plenty of roof space left to retro fit larger systems, once the new occupant’s actual consumption is known.

Safety line systems have been installed to provide future safe access for maintenance purposes, a detail that is often overlooked, but essential for the longevity of the system.

We look forward to finalising the works and maintaining the system into the future.
