Gibson Building

Overview

High-Performance Commercial Solar Installation

Our team successfully completed a commercial solar PV installation at the Gibson Building, delivering a high-performance renewable energy solution designed specifically for a trapezoidal metal roof structure.

The project involved the installation of a 52.5kWp solar PV system using 105 high-efficiency solar panels, helping the building significantly reduce carbon emissions while generating clean, renewable electricity on-site

Installation & Delivery

Installed across a trapezoidal metal roof, the system utilised the Valk pitched mounting solution to provide a secure and efficient framework tailored to the building structure. Each solar panel was paired with an individual SolarEdge S500 optimiser, allowing enhanced panel-level monitoring, improved system efficiency, and optimised performance across the entire array.

The project required careful planning and precise installation to ensure safe delivery, system reliability, and minimal disruption throughout the works.

Project Outcome

The completed installation now provides the Gibson Building with a reliable source of renewable energy generation, helping to reduce operational energy costs while supporting wider sustainability targets. Through the integration of SolarEdge optimiser technology and high-efficiency DMEGC modules, the system delivers strong long-term performance and maximised energy output across the site.
