Our team recently completed a full renewable and electrical upgrade across a residential apartment block, delivering an integrated energy solution designed to improve sustainability, reduce energy costs, and future-proof the building for modern energy demands.
The project involved the installation of a large-scale solar PV system across 10 individual flats, alongside battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and comprehensive internal electrical works throughout the building. By combining multiple technologies into one cohesive solution, the project provides residents with smarter, more efficient energy usage across the entire development.
The project required close coordination across multiple installation phases, combining renewable technologies with internal electrical upgrades throughout the apartment block. Alongside the solar PV installation, our teams carried out full electrical works to support the integration of battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, and smart energy monitoring systems.
The addition of the FOX ESS EP11 battery systems allows stored solar energy to be utilised more effectively throughout the building, while the SolarShare device provides enhanced visibility and monitoring of energy generation and usage.
To support the growing demand for electric vehicles, 10 EV chargers were installed within the communal parking area, helping provide accessible charging infrastructure for residents both now and in the future.
The completed installation now provides the apartment block with a fully integrated renewable energy solution that combines solar generation, battery storage, EV charging, and upgraded electrical infrastructure into one future-ready system.
